1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a service request before a driver has been dispatched.
If a service is canceled before dispatch, a full refund may be issued.
If a driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover operational and dispatch costs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
We are unable to provide the requested service.
A customer is charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
The service paid for was not delivered due to an issue on our side.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
A customer cancels after a driver has been dispatched.
A customer is unavailable at the agreed location.
Incorrect pickup, destination, or vehicle information is provided by the customer.
The service has been completed as requested.
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Service Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with a service received, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will investigate the matter and work toward a fair resolution.
