The type of assistance required
Your preferred destination (if towing is required)
Our team will assess your request and provide an estimated service cost before dispatching assistance.
Step 2: Receive a Quote
Based on the information provided, we will give you a quote for the requested service. Pricing may depend on: Distance to be traveled Vehicle type and size Nature of the service required Accessibility of the vehicle Time of day, weather conditions, or special recovery requirements All charges will be communicated before service begins whenever possible.
Step 3: Service Confirmation and Payment
Once you approve the quote, we will dispatch a driver or roadside technician to your location.
Payment may be required before or upon completion of the service, depending on the nature of the request and the payment method selected.

Step 4: Dispatch and Assistance

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your request before a driver or technician has been dispatched, you may be eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
After Dispatch
Once a driver or technician has been dispatched, operational costs have already been incurred. In such cases:
A cancellation fee may apply.
Any refund issued will be reduced by the applicable dispatch or cancellation charges.
After Service Completion
Refunds are generally not available once the requested service has been completed.
However, if you believe you were charged incorrectly or there was an issue with the service provided, please contact us and we will review the matter promptly.
